
Yes, you can try on at our store at 27 High Street, Haverfordwest (SA612BW) – give use call or book your appointment through our booking page.
We can alter almost all dresses to fit, but it will depend on the style and design of the dress. For hire dresses we only do reversible alterations. Please do not alter the dress yourself or get any other professional company to do the alteration as this could result in a charge up to the full retail sale value of the product. Alteration charges will be made separately, and an estimate before we start.
It’s best if you book a dress as early as possible to ensure you get the ideal dress at the time you want it, but if you are short of time it is possible to book an available dress as little as 2 weeks in advance.
Our standard hire period is 10 days, Day 1 being the day you collect the dress, and day 10 ithe day it is due back to our store. It might be possible to hire for longer, so please contact info@bridaltique.co.uk to discuss options.
Generally wedding dresses can be a little smaller compared to high street sizing, so please don’t worry if the dress you chose is 1 or 2 sizes bigger than your high street size. Please also see our ‘how to measure guide’ and compare it with the measurements on each dress to find the ones closest to you, or you can send your measurements to info@bridaltique.co.uk for us to review, guide and help.
It very much depends on the dress design, but ideally a strapless bra of some kind works best, and if you can wear a shoe that at least represents the height you feel comfortable in, that really helps with fit and any alterations. If you are not sure on shoe type we will provide some for fitting at the appointment.
No, Bridaltique take care of cleaning. Where possible we only use Eco friendly detergents and wash processes.
In the unfortunate event of a dress being stolen or lost, or indeed damaged, we reserve the right to charge you the full retail value. Please contact us immediately at info@bridaltique.co.uk if this should happen. For accidentally small damage, a repair charge may be incurred.
If you cancel anytime before 30 calendar days from the start date of the “rental” period, then we will refund the rental paid, less a handling fee of £75. A cancellation received within 30 calendar days of the “rental” start date then regrettably we cannot refund you.
