Bridaltique is a family owned and run business. It values it’s customers, and the communities they come from.
Purpose
This policy establishes the governance, management, and oversight of the Company’s Community Outreach Fund, which receives an annual allocation equal to 5% of the Company’s annual income.
Objectives
The Fund exists to:
• Support initiatives that improve community wellbeing, sports and social clubs, and charitable entities.
• Strengthen local partnerships and social inclusion.
• Support environmental stewardship and sustainability.
Funding Allocation
The annual Fund allocation will be determined following the completion of the Company’s audited financial statements.
Indicative allocation targets:
• Local charities and community organisations – 30%
• Local community Sports and/or Social clubs– 30%
• Community events that are linked to the textile and apparel sector-40%
These percentages may be adjusted by the owners based on changing community needs.
Governance
The owners retains ultimate oversight of the Fund.
A Community Impact Committee shall:
• Review funding allocation
• Consider future appropriate causes
