Store refurbishment update. – 2nd Phase developments completes…November 2025.

The journey to refurbish and transition the store at 27 High Street to a bridal studio started just over a year ago. There are 3 phases ( we hope!)

Backdrop – 

27 High Street is a 4 storey, 3,500 square foot premises that has been an apparel and footwear store for over 100 years (see below pics!)…

We are keen to keep as much of the original architecture, features and heritage of the building and it’s fittings.

Phase 1

Phase 1 was to develop the first and second floors to be ready to launch our bridalwear business earlier this year. We managed this with the help of some great Pembrokeshire contractors:-

It was always intent to try and spend 95% of the refurbishment budget set aside with local contractors, so far we’ve missed it be whisker, sitting at 93%.

Phase 2

Phase 2 kicked off in March of this year…this phase was focussed on the ‘back of shop’ areas on the ground, first and (some of) the second floors
